LiqTech International Signs Agent Agreement and Receives a USD $814,000 Order for Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF) from China

 

BALLERUP, DENMARK – June 8th, 2015 – LiqTech International, Inc. (NYSE MKT: LIQT) ("LiqTech") is pleased to announce that the Company signed a three year agent agreement with a Chinese company to promote and sell the Company's Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF) in the Chinese market. The annual revenue is estimated to be well over a million dollars per year. At the same time, the Company received its first purchase order for $814,000 from a large Chinese OEM and retrofit customer. This order is expected to be delivered in July 2015.

Mr. Sune Mathiesen, LiqTech CEO, remarked, "This new agent agreement and the first DPF order from China is the result of hard work and our focus on developing the emerging Chinese market for DPF. We believe that the potential for our DPF technology in China is significant and we have been working to establish the right sales channels. We believe we have now found the right partner to market and sell our product in China. This agreement and first order changes our outlook for the future of our DPF product.
